I saw your post the other day about the Raid Progression Widget and it looks great! I’ve been using it on my site for awhile now and everyone loves it.
I saw that the widget didn’t have the raids in it for the new expansion yet, so I was wondering how we add things to it? I don’t see an option on the widget to add them.
All of the raids are added in our system directly – I’ve actually been trained to do that here recently, so all you need to do is get me the information and I can get it added for you!
Here’s the basic rundown of what I need:
- The name of the game the raid is in
- The name of the raid
- A boss list for the raid
- A link (from their wiki or some other official/semi-official source) where I can confirm the information
Once you have that, just make a new ticket in our Raid Request area and I can add it! It may take a few days for our graphic designer to get the images done and for me to cross the i’s and dot the t’s in the database, but once that’s done you can add it to your site and it will appear in the Raid Progression widget.
Once all that is said and done and you can add it on your site, I will close the request ticket. You’ll get an email notification that this has happened and will be able to immediately go to your site and add the new raid to show off your progress in time for the expansion!
If you have a specific question you think would be perfect for these articles, send us the request at firstname.lastname@example.org and Slater will personally review it and – after answering the ticket so you have the answer – potentially post it here with your username and guild site. If you would rather not have your username and site posted, Tibbles will ask the question on your behalf for Slater to answer.
