Concerning Operations level 55 and above, that's TFB SM, TFB HM, S&V SM and S&V HM it is each individual guildmembers responsibility to read up on the operation prior to raid time.

Additionally, please make sure you are logged onto the character you are taking 15 minutes prior to the listed time. If the operation is listed as a 9pm start time, that is the time we will be making the first pull.

Reading up and logging on early are HUGE time savers, especially in 16 man operations, and all the time saved can then be used for clearing content.

All members going on SIN Operations are also required to be familiar with the SIN Raid Policy, which can be found in the policy section. Additionally, there is also an Operations Tactics post in the policies section that all members should read.
