Grats on hitting the 100k mark! You have earned it!
This may have existed before and I simply didnt notice it, but the following text seems to appear at the top of every custom page for a non-admin user:

Editing & Creating Custom Pages requires the 'Section Links & Custom Pages' content permission. An admin can grant you this permission.

That message was only supposed to be there if a person was trying to edit the page when they couldn't instead of displaying a page as if they could edit and then not actually saving the changes. It should be fixed on Monday if I don't get to it this weekend.
