Holiday Hours for Guild Launch Staff
Greetings,
The following are our Holiday Hours for the next couple of weeks.
Forum Support
Official forum support by Guild Launch staff will be available, but a touch spotty. I will be checking the forums daily from the 22nd of December to the 4th of January, but will only be responding to the most critical tickets. If you don't get a response to a feature request or other issue that isn't critical please don't be offended. I like to spend as much time with my kids as possible this time of year and sometimes I have to take a step back from personally responding to every ticket in the forums to do that.
Mike will be checking in on the forums during normal business hours also.
Phone Support & Email Support
Phone and Email support will be available during normal business hours except on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Server Monitoring, etc.
As always, we always have 24 hour/ 7 day a week/365 days a year server monitoring and will be available to respond to any issue.

I have join Guild launch 12/24/2009 and have purchase Ventrilo 12/25/2009. The site will not allow me access to control panel, to view, also it will not allow acces to Vent control panel. I have spent serveral hours and have sent serveral requests to have have new email password sent to me. I have not received any email stating the vent has been set up. I do have access to guild web site, but that is it. I too enjoy spending time with my family, but i also run/admin a guild that most are on during the weekend, so far guild laucnh is not providing me the service i expect.

Can you email support (support@guildlaunch.com) with your Host and Port information as well as your billing.guildlaunch.net email address? Once I have those things I can better assist you.
