The CSS settings above make it so that the frame doesn't show in templates that do not use it. This frame structure can be used to put a border around the entire content area.
2. The full date of a calendar event can now be edited, not just the time.
3. The level for a character is now a text field. This was changed for games in which level is not necessarily numeric.
Bug Fixes
1. Site Admins can no longer be banned by other site admins
2. An instance in which users sometimes could not delete their own posts has been removed
3. The "Allow users to upload files to the file library" option on the content tab in Admin is now correctly applied on the page.
4. The note indicating when a person removed their signup from a raid is now correctly applied both when a person removes all of their signups and when they remove them individually.
5. An instance in which certain browsers would error out when being redirected to the character_detail.php page after a Guild Launch Profiler import has been fixed.
6. An issue where Safari users could not navigate between Galleries using the dropdown has been resolved.
7. Forum names can no longer contain a comma. We will be working with members to update existing names with commas. If your name has a comma you can change it by going to My User Page and clicking on the "Update Info" button.
