Ventrilo Control Panel - Connectivity Issues
UPDATE: 1:30am EST
There are still some intermittent connectivity issues, but we are working on them.

UPDATE: 12:45am EST
Service for the control panel has been brought back up in an alternate Data Center. I've also created all servers that were queued up. Thank you all for your patience.

UPDATE: 3:08pm EST
Note: The only services effected by this are the Ventrilo control panel and new order creation for Ventrilo. *No other* services are effected. All Ventrilo servers are functioning normally.
We have just gotten more word from our data center. They are saying that they are up, our servers are up, the Data center is fine. However, the tornado has devastated the city they are in. The net result is that the fiber connections at the city level have been damaged and are being repaired. This means that even though our Data center is fine they can't get to the Internet backbones and vice-versa. Local reports are that the scene looks like multiple bombs went off.
This is truly an act of god situation. The best news at this point is that the city has reported no loss of life from this catastrophe.
The data center and local workers are working to repair service. If service is not restored soon we have a backup data center that we will work to bring up these services in.

ORIGINAL INFO
Late last night there were major Tornadoes near the data center where our Ventrilo control panel is hosted. The Data Center did not lose power but damage nearby has caused connectivity and power issues in the Data center.
This issue does not effect the actual voice servers since they are in a different data center. It also does not effect the primary Guild Launch web hardware since all of that is in another data center as well.
We are working with the datacenter to nail down when they will have connectivity back. If they don't have it back relatively soon we will bring up the environment somewhere else.
Thanks for your patience,
Stephen
