DOWNTIME 6/27/2007 - Update
We had some unexpected downtime this morning due to a mistake made by an upstream provider. They informed us that the changes they were making would take 30 minutes and would not be service effecting. Unfortunately, it took nearly 3 hours and we were down during this time.
We will work with our service provider to try to avoid this in future. Thank you for your patience.

zomgzer, I can't accept anyone from Alliance agreeing with me. You must change your statement to somehow say that Allliance guilds are even worse at communicating than my Horde guild. Else, my head will explode! The cold! I feel it closing in!.... So dark...
i agree with agrado gj stephen but my guilds communication not as fast^^

GL has been extremely slow all day today - it takes up to 1 minute to pull up any pages/make posts/etc -- i'm seeing the same delays on the support site here.
BTW, its not my connection, I'm @ work and we have VERY fat pipes here.
Related to this morning's maintainence?

Ayatsumi,
I believe they are still routing traffic around their mistake. The network connection ran into a perfect storm of sorts, they routed around one problem onto a backup that had a different problem and it was causing severe latency until at least 12:00-1:00 Eastern today. The latency was not network wide but seemed localized to certain areas of the country. I just got the email about it from our co-location facility.
Things should be back up to full speed for everyone shortly and are up to full speed for most people.
