Rapid Raid
README: Rapid Raid FAQ
So long as the characters are in your guild site, setup on the same server as your guild with the same name as comes in from the import. It doesn't matter if they are *really* in your guild.
What some people do is create a special guild rank for these characters such as "Guild Ally".

Clarification request; Had a member take a leave the guild without expectation of return however things have changed. His charcater and the DKP attached was removed, if I read the inforamtion about recovery correctly if he rejoins the guild on the forum with his old account I should have the option of recovering his old account DKP correct?

Is there a way to know which officer made adjustments in Rapid Raid? Under date, no matter who is logged in looking at it it says You: Date Time. Usually there are only a couple of us that mess with points but all the officers have permission so I want to be able to see who made adjustments.

There is, but it's not on the raid and admittedly it's not really conducive to quickly looking at a raid and answering the question "Who added this?". What we do have is logging of every event that happens in rapid raid. You can find it on the Auditing page that is linked on the left side of the default Admin page. That will tell you who entered a raid, item, event, etc. The issue is that it can be a bit "dense" at times.
I plan to add some of this info directly to the raid at a later date.

Maybe this was answered and I just missed it in the massive wall of text.
I imported the DKP string to show the loot etc etc for my raids. That's simple. Tonight, going into ZA, I gave those that signed up / showed up a DKP bonus. So I import the DKP string, add an "Attendance Bonus" event, and set it to 50 DKP. When looking at the sign up page, it shows "Attendance: 50 DKP" but when I check the DKP page, it's not showing up there.
Is this just a way to remind us that they earned it, and I have to go add an adjustment on the DKP page?

Does the 50 DKP Attendance event have any attendees? If people don't attend the vent they don't get the DKP.

I have 2.5 suggestions to make about Rapid Raid settings (forgive me if this is in fact already in place I must be looking with my eyes closed!)
1: When managing groups for a raid in Rapid Raid ahead of time the assigned groups are displayed to everyone. We'd like to have it visible to only certain ranks much like forums are limited. The Officers in my guild wanted it so that only they could see it to prevent anyone feeling that the assigned groups are "written in stone"(aka prevent drama!) It's a great tool to put together the people who we want to take for sure and not waste time figuring out groups just before the raid.
2: When viewing members and their points, there are so many headings. We should be able to choose which ones we want to display. (Specifically the Faction isn't really used...usually it's only either Alliance or Horde :P). Also I think a very important heading is missing for the characters... the RANK. I know we can set it under character list in Admin already. Our guild has different ranks of distinguishing core raiders from more casual which is why it would be very beneficial when deciding who gets what loot and better evaluate who is slacking in attendance. I'm sure many other guilds do this as well.
I hope these suggestions are considered

PS for some reason a few of our guilds character show a female icon instead of male...example: male orc shaman in game...female orc shaman on rapid raid. Not really a big deal... it's kind of funny but I've just been getting comments about it.

We've got those first two items on our to-do list. They aren't top priority, but definitely something we'll get to eventually. As far as the characters showing as male versus female, this is also something we intend to allow people to change.
Can you tell me when those characters were created? Or if they were created by the import? This should have been fixed in a reecent update, but if the characters were created recently then I need to look back at the code and see whether the import is importing them properly.

The two that I've noticed are the in the group of our first members (one is the Guild Master). We just use the armory update most of the time..unless it doesn't update fast enough we'll create a character and merge dkp later then delete the created one.. again it's not really a priority just something we've noticed.
