FUBAR'd: Rapid Raid Imports

You should definitely delete the extra character. When the import runs it finds characters by name, having two characters with the same name will definitely cause issues.
I know I sound like a broken record, but in the next release (yes it is coming out soon) we have some ways to make it easier to find these "extra" characters and to remove them. We're still working out the last of the details.
For the time being, if you can find the character ID in the URL you can tell which character is which.

Part of the problem, at least with the one member (Grennill) appears to be that he manually added his own toon at one point instead of claiming the one that already existed. This has been a problem for a few of our members. I adjust the DKP to fix it, and while I know how to delete characters, I'm not sure which is the right one to delete from the admin screen. Is there a way to merge them somehow or delete the right one while keeping the dkp information accurate? /confused

I believe this is directly related to the "Load attendees from the last event" functionality. I'm able to manually select characters and move them to the attended list without a problem. However, if I click the "Load from last event" link, it pulls characters from a different raid and the left box no longer lists all the guild members in alphabetical order. If you submit the form after clicking that link, an entirely new event is created instead of updating the existing event.
EDIT: Assume you accidently added an attendee to an event that wasn't actually involved in the raid. It's easy enough to delete that character from the event, but I don't see any way to remove them from the raid once they're added. I've checked to make sure the invalid character was not an attendee for any of the events. I think once they are added to a raid, there is no way to remove them. Is that correct?
I'm attempting to fix this manually, but if I edit an event to add attendees, it creates a brand new event instead of modifying the current one event.

I have to edit my post somewhat. Grennill is not who was missing. I saw him in the list to the left and added him, forgetting he was duplicated. Now I don't know which Grennill to remove, and it will take some work to figure out who is actually missing. I will update this when I know.

This is the grennill that needs to be removed.

FYI - I imported last night's raid this morning and one event was missing two players. I can e-mail you the DKP string if it will help.
Raid: http://haggis.guildlaunch.com/rapid_raid/raid_details.php?raidId=12045&gid=9071
EVENT 1: Boss Kill - Prince Malchezaar
Missing players: Stewjp, Ayamis
EDIT: I have manually added these two players to the event.

Yeah, please go ahead and shoot it to us. We want to get all of these little issues resolved or at a minimum be able to explain why they happen.
