Empty PMs from GL_Support/Hardware Update
You may have received a PM last week and/or a PM today from GL_Support which had no subject and no content. We apologize for the confusion this has caused - we are looking into an issue now which is causing an automated message tool our marketing team uses to send out these messages instead of the message they intend.
This is the message that you should have received:
Hardware Updates Complete!
Last week, Guild Launch moved to a shiny new environment with some fancy new hardware. What you should now be experiencing (and evermore) are zippy page loads, fast response times, and a fresh 'new server' scent.*Deep breath* Ahhhh.
If you find any bugs over the next few days, please report them and we'll squish them. Thanks for your patience throughout the process, we really appreciate it.

Ahhhh .. I was just wondering what was happening there!!
It doesn't actually appear to be empty .. kinda. Sometimes if you sneak up on it and catch it unawares, there is actually some text in it .. but it runs and hides so quickly, I don't have time to read it .. and then the "Reported" button flicks on.
Perhaps if I was younger, and had better reflexes, I could get a screen-grab before it disappeared, but as it's probably just the text you've posted, and it would probably drive me mad trying to catch it .. I'm not going to (unless you want me to, but that will require a large glass of wine!)
