Having a problem reseting my password.
I've had a couple of people applying to the guild state that they didn't receive the verification email at first time of asking. I don't know if there's a problem with the location of the addresses themselves or if the automated part of the process isn't working. Certainly the last person I spoke to said it did work eventually, but only when they pressed the button in their profile to re-send it. They didn't get the first one that should auto-send.

I tried to reset my password 8 times over 3 or 4 hours and never got a single mail. Since it is gmail and I have the original mails from setting up the account I know should work. I eventually created this account adding #s onto my email just to get it working so I can move on.

Hi Please check your email for a temporary password and instruction on how to create a new one.

I have been trying to recover my original account here for 2 days now. I use the forgot password feature and never receive the emails that it claims to be sending to me. I have contacted your support email twice and received the auto response emails from that saying my ticket is received and in queue but again no responses. I created this new account to be able to post here in hopes of getting someone's attention. The original account is the same username minus the numbers.
The case #s are: 294080 and 294100

I think either support have a backlog of emails, or their email system isn't working properly .. a few people have had the same problems contacting them via that method, including myself.
My advice would be to double check the email address that you have registered here for you - ensure it is correct, ensure it is receiving emails, and check any spam filters. If it is an email address that you forward mail from .. check the original mailbox (I had a similar problem a while ago and it turned out the mail forwarding had stopped!).
Normally I'd advise people to contact support via the chat button in the bottom right corner of their website screen .. but I guess you're unable to do that if you can't get into your original account.
I'll send them a message from mine, asking them to look into it for you.

On Nov. 8th a manual password reset email was sent. Perhaps it ended up in your spam folder? It would have come from our GL support email support@gamerlaunch.com. If you are not able to find the email please let me know and I will send another.

Please check your inbox for your temporary Password. It appears your email address has not been verified and is the reason you are not receiving the automatic password reset email. I have manually verified your email in our database but for feature reference, you can verify it by going to your profile page> Edit Profile> "Resend Account Verification Email".

First, Thanks for the manual reset of the password. That worked.
Second using the same Gmail that was reset and works for manual mail from your system (like when the guildmaster sends updates) the automated mail (password reset, verification etc. ) do not seem to function. This seems to be an ongoing issue which must tie up a fair amount of support resources since its obvious from this thread it happens repeatedly.
Could you please have someone trace the email leaving your system to make sure the system is sending it properly, and verify that it isn;t getting bounced back by certain providers, and update us with the results so the community has a feeling of whats being done to solve the issue.
I have had the same problem as others here: password reset did not send an email to the account I have had since 2012, email to support went unanswered after an auto-reply. So I have registered a second account.
