Having a problem reseting my password.
Look, this is no longer funny. I am the leader on three sites. I presently cannot administer those sites and need to do so ASAP. This is on your end, not mine. No password reset email has ever been received. Please rectify the situation and restore my original login. Thank you.

I have had the same problem as others here: password reset did not send an email to the account I have had since 2012, email to support went unanswered after an auto-reply. So I have registered a second account.

No response, when I go through the "Reset My Password" it takes days to receive the Email. When i get the email with the temporary password it shows "expired" or doesn't work. Can an ADMIN OR SUPPORT contact me so we can fix my problem... *****PLEASE HELP ME!!!!***** Ron91honda@yahoo.com

I'm assuming they've abandoned their Facebook site, as there's been nothing on there for over a year, and I've not had any replies to anything since January last year either on Facebook messaging. I assume Twitter is the same, but I'm not a twitterer (?) so not sure.
They will respond here, although not often by email .. don't know if it's a backlog thing or a technical problem. They do only work office hours, and not on a weekend though - so you need to give them a couple of days to respond, sometimes. If I see a few messages on the forums waiting for replies that I can't deal with, I'll send them a message via my website chat bubble thing, which usually gets them to check things out.
I'd suggest trying once more with the "reset my password" email .. it shouldn't take days to come through, so it might have been a glitch (make sure you check your spam filters too!). If that doesn't work, come back here and post the username of the account you're trying to recover (I'm guessing "Needhelpwiththissite" isn't your usual one!).
I'm assuming it's not an account that has been dormant for a long time?
The password reset that you have described does not match how our password reset system works. Could you provide the URL of the page you are attempting too password reset from?

I'm assuming you checked that it was being sent to the correct email address, and that it wasn't getting caught in a spam filter?
