Billing issue - how to refund a credit balance
My Paypal has been charged numerous times with the same invoice, and I had not noticed this issue until quite some time later, resulting in a credit balance on the account shown on billing.guildlaunch.net
I would like to find out how to have this refunded to me. I have attempted to contact Paypal and my bank, and was told that it was a transaction successfully completed, and the payments occurred too long ago to simply stop payment.
Any help that could be provided would be greatly appreciated.
