403 errors, highly localized
I have a member of my team who hasn't been able to load any Guildlaunch site, including support, in the past few days. When on his regular ISP, he gets 403 errors, but the site loads on his phone over mobile data connection. No one else I've checked with has had this problem.
Could this have something to do with your recent anti-spambot measures? Were any IP blocks put up over the weekend for instance?
