Members registering not being registered
Okay my members have been registering to the forum, but when I check under registered members, I am not seeing anyone listed, other then under the guild roster where all the characters are listed. Because I am not able to see any registered members I can't set their settings correctly, please help.
Click on Admin->Members Tab then click on the Approve Applicants link on the left. If you don't see any applications there, then most likely your guild members are coming to the site and registering for an account, then not actually submitting your guild application.
It is a two step process:
1. Get a Guild Launch account that is good everywhere on guild launch
2. Apply to a specific guild to become a member.

Yea, I wish it would let them just be a member without all that too.
I guess its necessary with how this is all set up but it has confused almost every member to date. Perhaps when they register for guild launch it could give them a guild to choose from a drop down if they are already a member, most do not think to 'apply to guild' if they are already a member.

We have no way of telling who is a member of the in-game guild already and who isn't. That being the case we chose to say "Apply to Guild". When we decided to use the wording "Apply to Guild" we chose it because:
a. It makes perfect sense to someone who just happens across your guild site and wants to join
b. For existing members, you have to tell them where to go anyway. you have to tell them "Go to xyz.com" or "Go to xyz.guildlaunch.com" so that is the perfect oppurtunity to say "and click 'Apply to Guild' and fill out both forms"

We've been considering adding a link below "Apply to Guild" that says "Get Site Access" and takes the user to the same place.
