You will usually receive that message if the profiler import file is blank or otherwise incorrect. Judging by your folder and file reference you have the right file or at least the right location of the file. Can you open the GuildLaunchProfiler.lua file and past the first 5-10 lines into a post?
Also, did you export the mod ZIP file contents into the "/world of warcraft/interface/addons/" directory?

When I return home I will open it and send it to you and yes it is in my addons. I will confirm all again when i get home and post it in a reply to this msg.
It won't let me open the file it still after i did everything again gave me the same dang message. I am about to give up. Please fix it. I am running vista, I know the program was basically developed on vista so that should not be a problem but something has to be wrong if as you said it seems i am doing everything correct. I do not know what else to do.
Can you email me the file at support@guidlaunch.com? Attach the file to an email and send it if you would. We'll get it worked out, I just need to verify the file is what it is supposed to be. So far I don't have enough info to figure out the problem.

I will resend it when I get home. But could you also tell me why all my lua files are opening in Adobe and yet not opening because its an icorrect file format. I think something went screwy with my computer with the downloads. Also another guildmate of mine is having the same issues and he is operating the same type of system as I am.
