Custom Domain Names CHANGE YOUR A RECORD IP
Hi,
This only applies to sites that are paying for a plan and decided to use your own custom domain.
Due to our server migration, our IP address has changed and if you want your custom domain to work, you will need to update the A record with your registrar. The new IP address is 35.186.205.9

I have NO IDEA what you're saying by "A record" and such things... I had a site, no I cannot see it... Can't you just say "do this" and "do that", instead of linking me a guide that says things like "The full details on how to do this depend on your registrar"... I don't know what is a "registrar", when I went from mysite.wowlaunch.com to mysite.com, you did everything for me... I just payed... And I'm still paying...

Your registrar is the company you purchased this domain (website address) http://www.gildasorellanza.com/. Every registrar has their domain management configured differently, and that makes it difficult to give step by step directions. Do you know the name of the company you purchased www.gildasorellanza.com ? I would be happy to help get your A record changed.
In the meantime, you can still access your site using this URL http://gildasorellanza.wowlaunch.com/

Then, I wanted it without banners and with more space for my files, so I asked YOU to upgraded it. You did everything! For me, it's just been a "click" on a button in the admin page of my site...

I can assure you we did not purchase this domain for you http://www.gildasorellanza.com/. Do you know who you purchase gildasorellanza.com/? Gamer Launch does not sell domain names. Possibly you could search your email for gildasorellanza.com/ and find out who you purchased it from?

I've just created a new site, called letmeshowyouhowitworks.wowlaunch.com
So, I get in as an admin, and under Site Section > Site Urls I see this writing:
"Full Domains are available to subscription sites. Upgrade today to receive all premium features."
If I click on "Upgrade", a new window appear. There, I can chose a plan with a subscroption fee (Essential, Premium or Ultimate).
Included in all those plans, there is a "Full Domain Support".
So, if I click on PAY, it's YOU that are giving me my "full domain site" called letmeshowyouhowitworks.com. I'm not gonna register anything anywhere else! No GoDaddy, no Aruba, nothing...
That's exactly what I did two years ago for gildasorellanza.com
So, stop saying that I purchased my domain somewhere else, I didn't do anything at all!

So I post on your facebook page and get no answer. I post here and get no answer cant find a freaking phone number to call and your IP is invalid according to Go Daddy please explain why in the hell I was not notified this change was happening until I tried to log into my site yesterday and why in the hell I cant get help now. and please get rid of that captcha crap that works like crapcha and wont let me post about 50 % of the time. This is really getting aggrevating. When I go to your support page it should have a phone number there so people can contact you

go daddy ... when I update the A record it keeps saying please provide a valid IP all the other IP addys I have have 12 digits yours has 9 not sure what that m,eans

well that IP above does not work but when I took out the period at the end it worked but my site is still not up how long will it take from now ? here we go with another captcha

Sorry, that's a period for the end of the sentence to the IP address. It can take 24 hours for the DNS to update but it usually doesn't take that long.
