Having a problem reseting my password.
*grrrr* please delete. Duplicate post again. It comes up with a whole load of gobbledegook on a seperate page, then when I submit again, it posts twice. Stupid thing.
I've noticed (from a variety of websites) that often they seem to have problems recently sending reset or verification emails to email addresses that are domain names rather than @hotmail or gmail, etc. Don't know what's going on, but it's really annoying. Or perhaps it's just me :p
I run a guild website and I wanted to reset the password of my account because I forgot the password and I reset 5 times already and got no mails. Also tweeted to you and sent mail and no answer, please help me have access to my account again! (Skyyrin).

I too am having issues resetting my password, I got the e-mail, but even then there is no way to change it to something of your choosing not that I found at least one should be prompted to automatically have to change it
Hi, the password reset email offers a link and directions to change your password. The link works although it does need to be updated as it currently takes you to an older version of Gamer Launch. However, it does not force you to change the password.
If you would like to change your password, please follow the instruction below.
Once you log in, you can change your password to something more secure by following these instructions:
1. Click the User icon at the top right of the site.
2. Click your username from the drop-down.
3. Click 'Edit Profile' on the left column of your profile.
The option to change your password will be on that page.
