Custom Item Links
HI,
My guild is amidst building a new site for a custom content eqemu we play on. The majority of the things we want to accomplish are working just fine. However one thing we would like to do but haven't been able to figure out. Because we are on a custom content EQ1 server, any item links we add/assign to players do not properly link when clicked. Is there a way for us to point the item links to the search bar of our server's wiki? The wiki has a pretty intelligent item finder so long as the name is spelled correctly, which would be on us. Better yet, is it possible to just get a field for "Item link" when adding an item? That way players could just select 3rd party wiki-type sites (zam, ffxiclopedia) for the item link to direct players to.
Any way to do this? Thanks.
Sorry I'm not sure .. I know there are certain itemstats available for certain games in your admin panel, but doesn't look like that is one of them. You can request it, apparently: https://guildlaunch.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/366824-what-features-can-you-develop-for-my-game
See: https://guildlaunch.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/34522-how-do-i-request-a-feature to request that feature.
I'm assuming otherwise, you could just find the link and add that as a hyperlink to the item when you post about it in forums, etc - although obviously that won't do the hover info.
Thanks for your response poisonenvy! Even if I could just get the clicking link working when an item is clicked to go to our wiki that would be great. I'm not even super concerned with the item link itself. I wish there was a function to point the item hover function to anywhere you want.

Could you not just add the relevant wiki url to the item? I realise it's additional work, but it's a potential work-around. For example (assuming I have the correct wiki) a link for Alcoholic Broth.
