DFW Ventrilo Server Issue
We're currently experiencing an issue in our Dallas Fort Worth data center where some of Ventrilo servers are hosted. You may be effected if your server starts with DFW. Our network operations guys at the data center are looking into this and we should have an answer on what is happening and an ETA on a fix shortly.

i was buying a server from dfw and it doesnt show up on my paypal account but it shows up on my credit card account that the payment went through to yall. so i was wondering what is going to happen am i losing the money i put down on the server or am i going to get a server when its set up.

Your server has already been setup. You just didn't get the email. Spam filter probably caught it or something. Foruntatly, as the order confirmatin page says your server info is also displayed on the Subscription tab of your user profile. Click the User Profile link at the top right of the page, then the subscription tab, and your server setup info is at the bottom.

well i know where its at but its not showing up their on that tab. it taking $10.80 out of my account and not letting me have an active vent server is wrong. It shows i have paid $10.80 from my bank account through paypal to yall, but it doesnt show up on my paypal account. So like i was saying am i losing $10.80 and its not getting fixed when i didnt get an email giving me the new server info or anything like that. Nor it being updated that i have an inactive subscription even tho i paid last night.
Mike is looking into this. According to our records you had a server with us that billed back in January. Then it looks like credit card info changed, then the server subscription was canceled and ended in February. January was the last time and only time that PayPal processed any payments from you on the PayPal account that you provided.
So, according to our records no money has come out of your account for a new server at any time in the last few days and we haven't processed a payment from you since January. Which would explain why you didn't get server info, because according to our records one wasn't ordered. So now, we need to figure out where the disconnect is. Which I'm sure we can with a little patience and.
Did you complete the order process?
Did you finish the order process with PayPal?
Did you possibly use another account besides the one you provided to us in your email?
You say you see a charge on your credit card? What is the date on that charge?
I'm going to let Mike handle this with you in private email. Don't worry, we'll get it figured out.
