Help Us Design Future Features
On the right side of this site is a poll we are using to guide future feature direction. Please let us know what your guild site's membership consists of!

The majority of our members are ingame members but we also have allied members who are apart of our site (this was before the allied function became available) - so I would pick All of my site members? since there isnt another option to fit this?
Sorry not meaning to be difficult

I think that would be covered by:
Aren‘t members in-game, but are on the same server
They aren't members of your guild in-game, but they are on the same server. This covers your allied users. The "All of My Site" members response is really only for those who truly don't meet any of the other options in any way.

Hi Guys
I would like to see an option to be able to link a post in the forum to the calendar.
Thanks

Nearly all of our on guild site members are in game players in our guild, but we also have a few members who have left the game, but keep up with what we are doing as if they were players in game. They are pretty much officers that have become emiritus, or friends we had when a lot of us were together in Everquest.
We are an EQ2 guild that got tired of another major site's bugs. Sadly, there aren't really any built-in EQ2 support/features on this site.

What about the:
EQ2 Templates
EQ2 Class Icons
EQ2 Raid Progression
EQ2 Specific Character Creation
EQ2 Specific Game Tools
EQ2 Class Organized Signups in Rapid Raid
EQ2 Class Based Ordering in Rapid Raid
EQ2 Class/Role Based Prefilling of Signup Groups in Rapid Raid
and
EQ2 Itemstats for example: [Vintage Thexian Wine]
Those features seem like quite alot to me. We would be very interested in what additional specific features for EQ2 you would like to see.
Edit: I also forgot about the roster imports and tradeskill info from the EQ2 players site.

Let's not start a flame war. Everyone wants things for their game. This is the world we live in at Guild Launch, and it's awesome. We're truly fortunate to be able to interact with so many awesome games and wonderful people.
I am honestly perplexed by the notion that we don't have many EQ2 features though. So, I was just trying to deliniate the features we do have with some firmness. I can't say we have every feature that's been thought of though, or even that's needed, so please provide specifics and we'll do what we can.

One thing we would like to see, is a feature to add to a forum post to confirm that a member had read the post.
This would come in handy for things such as guild rules, DKP rules etc, Admins should have rights to then follow that feature to ensure people have read it and then can get rid of the slackers that just say they read it.
Something as simple as a 'I Agree' button at the bottom of a page that then links to a page of everyone that's accepted and everyone that hasn't

hello
from my side of view, i just wanna more option to "flash" the sites. atm is possible to attach flash to top of the site. it'd be nice, if i'd use flash a bit "deeper". also, givin' some info about site <> site's database communication'd be very usefull, so i'd make more interactive flashes. even "stupid" login detection via flash to site can bring 1000 option to customize it :)
also advanced post management system on forum. i know it is based on bb, but moving posts is real pin in the arse if ya need to move 100 of them :)

All of our site members have to have characters in our guild.
In fact, I periodically monitor the members list and remove any member who has no claimed characters in our guild roster.
However, this could change.
For example, we would like to see members of other guilds visit our site and forum and post in The Gathering Place (Public Forum). This would be particularly useful when discussing potential Alliances etc. But personally, I would prefer this to be achieved by some sort of public access system rather than having to grant these people membership and manage their access myself.
Mayhem are not in an Alliance at the moment either but some facility to set up a forum area for Alliance members would be useful. The problem is that I would not want to have to manage an Alliance membership list. It would be better is permissions were based instead upon membership of an Allied Guild. (e.g. if you a member of 'The Really Friendly' Guild then you can post here) So, that access is automatically granted or terminated according to that guilds roster not my knowledge of their guild.
Changing the subject....whilst these issues are vaguely interesting, they are not essential or critical requirements for us. Far more important would be delivery of the facility to upload our Guild Calender schedule into the calendar on the website, and likewise to upload our Guild Vault contents into the Guild Bank in the site.
The absence of these features is a real headache, especially the calendar one.
[Oh! and one other useful feature would be the ability to PM groups of members. e.g. Officers]

Apparently, my guild leaders haven't figured all this out yet. They've got a couple things going that work very well. And what is here works much better than what we've used in the past.
I just thought since the post was titled "Help Us Design Future Features" that "please expand the EQ2 support a bit" would be an appropriate response. No worries though. You guys will keep the site running right, and that's more important than expanded support.
