Raid Signups - Tutorial & FAQs
If you need help with getting a character to be Raid Eligible (#3) then posting here will not be the best source of help. Setting your character up is something your guild site admin needs to do. If you post here we will attempt to help, but ultimately only a site admin can get your character setup properly.

How to Get a Character that is Eligible to Signup for a Raid
In order for you to signup for a raid you need the following:
1. A character on your account.
---- Your characters are listed on the Characters tab on your User Profile page.
2. That character must be on the Guild Site's roster that you are signing up for a raid in.
---- You can add characters to your guild sites roster by clicking on the: "Change Character Guild Site Membership" or "Add Character to Guild Site" link on the Characters tab of your User Profile.
3. The character must be marked as Raid Eligible on the Character list in the Admin area.
---- If you've done 1 and 2 and still can't signup this is probably why and you will need to speak to a Guild Site Admin to fix this. Note: All characters when first added to a Guid Site's Roster are marked as raid eligible, so you shouldn't have a problem with this very often unless an Admin has specifically removed that status for a character of yours.
Once you've got the above you can go back to the Raid's signup page and signup for a raid.
If you need help with #3 then posting here will not be the best source of help. Setting your character up is something your guild site admin needs to do. Post on your guild site forums that you need your characters made Raid Eligible and you will probably get better results.

Q. Anything I should Know About Entering Data in the Form?
A. Just a couple of things:
If you enter a blank time, midnight will be used. If you enter an incorrect date then midnight January 1st 1970 will be used.
Any valid date format can be used, the recommended format is yyyy/mm/dd.
Q. Does the signup deadline keep users from signing up after the deadline?
No. Users can still signup after this deadline, but you will be notified in their notes that they were late signing up.
You have no characters that are eligible to signup for this raid.
