Voice Control Panel - Slow Page Loads

We've implemented a change that we hope will fix the control panel issue. We've made the change, but it will take an hour or so for it to take effect.

We are still working to identify the issue causing the slow page loads. We are going to perform some routine checks and the Voice control panel and Billing site may be down for 10-15 minutes.

Greetings,
We are looking into an issue that is causing extreme packet loss between our Ventrilo control panel server and an external server that it relies on for Voice server data. It appears to be a network connectivity issue in a 3rd party network. We are working to track it down and get an ETA on a fix.
