RESOLVED: Extended Downtime this Morning (5/31/2007)
We experienced an extended downtime this morning due to an issue with a normal database maintenance procedure. The procedure caused database requests to queue up to the point that the connection limit was reached on the database server. The server then stopped accepting connections.
There was no data loss and all services have been returned to normal. Guild Launch consistently maintains over 99% uptime and we work hard to minimize issues such as these. We apologize for the extended outage.
