ANNOUNCEMENT: Important Raid Tracker Mod Information
We've been researching a few issues with people's raid attendance data not tracking properly and we believe we have found the source of the issue.
On the "/rt" window is a button at the top that says "End". This button will end the raid and track everyone in the raid's final time in the raid. If instead the person running the mod just logs out, or leaves the raid, some of the members of the raid will not be properly tracked as being in the raid the entire time. This will cause them to not show up for certain boss kills.
So, before the person running CT_RaidTracker leaves the raid, or logs out they should type "/rt" and then click the "End" button for the raid. This will improve the accuracy of the raid import.
Hopefully this will improve the attendance tracking for those of you who are having any issues. We'll be updating our documentation to properly convey the importance of the "End" button. Also, we have an upgrade to the import process coming out in a few weeks that will improve the attendance tracking all around even without the need to click the "End" button.

I have noticed that there is some latent raid members that stay in raids. I typically end an initially raid before we start so that those people get the ontime bonus. Frequently someone will leave before I end that one, so I manually remove them from that particular raid. However, when I start a new on, those people that I just removed are still in there.
Example
OnTime Raid
1- There
2 - There
3 - Left before ending OnTime Raid
OnTime Raid ended, manually removed toon 3
New Raid started once you Zone in
Boss kill
1 - There
2 - There
3 - Shows back up, even though he was dropped from raid and manually removed from Ontime Raid. (latent ghost image or something happening)
This causes issues later on, when the raid breaks up and I go to put the dkpstring in and end up with 29 peolpe instead of the 25 that were in it. The I have to try and think back and remember who it was that left, since it holding these people in memory for some reason.
