Rapid Raid
CT_RaidTracker Usage (Compilation)
This is a compilation of the 3 CT_RaidTracker Basic Usage Videos
Configuring the Mod
NOTE: Some settings have changed since this video was made. In the current version of the mod:
1. The Export Format setting should be set to 'Guild Launch'.
2. The Log Attendees on Boss Kill setting should be set to Auto Boss
NOTE: As of 6.1 entering the cost on the note field is no longer supported. You must right click the item and enter the cost on the cost field. This change is to support entering actual item notes in a future release.
Sample Raid
This video covers basic raid tracking. At one point in the video I zoomed in to far accidentally in our Video Creation software, but what I'm doing there is right clicking the item on the "/rt" screen and then clicking the "Edit Cost" option. Then entering the DKP that the person who bought the item spent. This would be the GP value in a EPGP system.
Also, make sure you click the "End" button on the raid to ensure that all raiders end times in the mod are correct.
Importing the Raid Data
This video shows the process of actually importing a raid using the XML DKP String from in-game.
We've had a few questions about the Timezone settings in the "/rt options" screeen and how they work. I've spent some time after the servers came up and figured this out.
Essentially, to get your raid imports to show the correct times you need to type "/rt options" in-game, then uncheck the "Use Server Time" button then set the Timezone slider to the number of hours you want to modify the time by.
The Timezone slider is not a typicaly timezone slider. It is actually the number of hours to add or subtract from U.S. Central time. So, if you want the time to be West Coast time set the slider to -2.
I realize that is not 100% intuitive, but from my looking through the mod code and some hands on testing that is how the mod is setup.
Enjoy!

Is there a way to be able to just track attendance for a raid? We want to be able to just count each raid day as an attendance point. We are pretty fluid and working on a raiding system where some people may leave early and others join in and we want to award attendance evenly. We are not using DKP but a loot council so tracking items is not a high priority.
Thanks,

You can use raid tracker to do this. When you want to capture an "Attendance" event type "/rt addattendance". It will still track loot and such, but if you don't give it any DKP or anything then it just all imports as zeros and there is hardly any additional effort to track the items anyway.
What you want to do after that is set the Manage Event Types page to only count the Attendance event type towards attendance.

A few questions:
1. How can I turn off getting the cost window for every single badge of justice looted?
2. We give DKP to our bench. What is the best way to manage that w/out having them in raid- or do I just need to do that manually after the import.
3. We have an On-time bonus we sometimes give out- would the "snapshot" function be the best way to track who was "on-time" and therefore eligible for the bonus.
Thank you for your time,

1. typ /rt io <Item Link> - then turn off tracking for them
2. There is "list me" functoinality available in the Raid Tracker for this. Do a search here for /listme and you should find info on it.
3. The easiest way is to use the "/rt addattendance" command. Then you just need to know that the first, or second, or whatever it is Attendance event imported is the On-Time bonus and you can change it's event type easily after the import if you like.

This will be fixed in the next release. You can still interact with nearly all of the mod's functions using the slash commands. "/rt" will list them.
You can also do the following:

Open up /WoW/WTF/Account/<YOUR ACCOUNT>/<YOUR CHAR>/SavedVariables/GuildLaunchCT_RaidTracker.lua
At the very bottom will be something that looks like this:

Hi
I have an unusual question, we are currently using the manual add adjustment in the rapid raid and adding the earned and spent DKP as before we couldnt work out CT. I am looking to change this to CT but will this mess up the current DKP we have or will it just amend what we have there when we do an import?

It's typically better to create raids and events for the DKP and items for the spent rather than adjustments, but either way if you start using the Raid Tracker it won't mess anything up. It will just start adding raids and events and items with the DKP amounts and adding/subtracting from what you already have.

Why are auto EPGP Costs incorrect for weapons in CT_RaidTracker?
Isn't there a way to check the looter's class - or is the tracker programmed with an expectation that people will adjust manually.
