Guild Launch Server Migration Update
UPDATE 2/11 8:00am EST
Overnight we tested a change to domain handling that fixes issues with the 'www' on full and subdomain addresses. The previously setup ensured that the www was on full domains and removed it from subdomains so that the requests would be fulfilled. This behavior is now fixed and active on the new setup.
UPDATE 5:45PM EST
As of 4pm EST all sites have been migrated to our new hardware. Thank you all for your patience during the downtime. There are still a few minor issues that we are tracking, but there have been no reports of anything major.
Issues we are tracking:
- Some images files used for the UI and/or some templates are missing. We believe we know why and should have this fixed tomorrow.
ORIGINAL ANNOUNCEMENT
As you all have been notified over the last few days we will be migrating Guild Launch servers to new and improved hardware on February 10th. The migration will begin at 7:00am EST and will take a few hours. During this time your site will be inaccessible or intermittently accessible due to DNS propagation.
We will be routinely updating our Uservoice articles on the migration and Twitter will be updated as well throughout the process.
Enjoy!
Stephen
Can you let us know when this is complete? I changed my domain to point to the new IP address and, initially it seemed to work .. an hour or so after, it glitched a little and the shoutbox wasn't working, but it was up ... but I've just looked again and its just going to http://www.slevel.com/ instead ... ?
I'm hoping that's just because the server upgrade is still in progress ... ?
We're in the process of migrating, so things are going to be a bit wonky for the next few hours, but we'll let you know when it's done. :)

I am Sofa Cowpies, the GM of Kumpania. Our member that set us up on Wowlaunch is no longer in guild and unavailable. He said he had transferred "ownership" to me as I am paying for the site.
However all of this stuff is greek to me, I have no clue how or where to change all this info...
I followed your links but to a non-computer person I have no clue what to do or where to do it...
Need help please.
Sofa and Lyonhart,
Your sites should be available within the next few minutes. DNS propagation can sometimes be slow, but should not be taking this long. However, it is not under our control.
Sofa,
You do not need to make any edits to your site. It is on our regular domains.
Lyonhart,
My apologies that this has frustrated you. I can assure you that I am real support and I am watching things today to ensure things get sorted out.

Stephen, One thing I am concerned about is the *.swtorhost.com sites. Our guild chose that address, an option that guildlaunch provided I might add, but can no longer access the site even though the migration is supposed to be complete. We don't have a registrar to update this information with. Our site is solely through guildlaunch. So, what do we do now?

im having trouble accessing my site im leader of emoyreal i use corplaunch heres a link to my site http://empyreal.corplaunch.com/
any clue on when ill be able to?
All,
I've discovered that I mis-configured a few of the secondary domains. I've resolved the issue and you should see all of those secondary URLs coming up now and in the next few minutes.
