How to Write an Essay Quickly?
What the hell has happened? Just a few days ago your paper seemed the last thing to worry about, and now it’s suddenly due tomorrow? No need to kill yourself! Although it is better to start early, you can write your essay in a couple of hours as well and end up with at least a piece that will do. How? Let us explain it to you briefly. First of all, calm down and estimate how much time you have before submission. It’s very important to know how to tame a wild tongue sparknotes. Once you defined the time left, plan it carefully, so that you had some spare time for submission and unexpected circumstances (energy gaps or Internet connection failures, to name a few).
Define a few sources to base your research upon. Don’t be too optimistic about your productivity. You can afford only a few, if not one. Better choose those you can get online rather than going to the library. Skim the books and take notes of the key things you’ve found out. Do not save time on making legible notes, or you might end up rereading the sources. Also, don’t forget to write down where you are making notes from for your future reference page.
Make the outline of your paper. At this stage, it is convenient to make cards for each paragraph and fill them in as you build up your paper. You can shift and switch them looking for the best sequence of thoughts.
Spend the most time on formulating your thesis. This is the most important part. So, it’s better to save a few precious minutes somewhere else. Each paragraph should start with a sentence summarizing the main thought.
As you’ve decided on the structure, just let yourself go. Whatever you write will do (you will edit later). If you start reformulating each sentence for a couple of times in a row, you will end up lagging behind the schedule.
Never forget to use the spellcheck. While you might miss some mistakes in a hurry, your laptop will not. If you have enough time, ask someone to read your paper for you. They might find mistakes you’ve missed.
Ready to submit? Stop hesitating and just do it. What’s done is done, and there is no need to worry about the results. You cannot possibly change them, so better go and reward yourself for work under pressure.
