I got a 6 month old 2nd hand Dell Inspiron N5010 15R for £200 and with its 1GB dedicated gfx it runs TOR very well, Mrs was very pleased with it, so for a very cheap alt they are well worth taking a look at. Have a Dell Inspiron M5110 myself that I use to play BF3 n have to say cant believe how well it plays tbh.

PostPosted: 30/4/2012 3:26    Post subject: Laptops for SWTOR

Hey Guys and Gals,

Just like to share this with you all. I recently bought the below laptop and I can not dispute its sheer power to run SWTOR. It runs the game very well and I get a consistent +25fps in the Operations when all guns are blazing and 30-60 fps on the fleet. I have no experiance of how it runs in Warzones or PVP as

TBH this laptop is more powerful than my desktop PC, which is a bit sad as I only bought this laptop as a temporary gaming rig whilst I am travelling abroad with my job.
