got the same... fwd'd it to the actual tor peeps and as they said in reply "we'd just lock your account at the first sign of misuse until you contacted us".
had 2 of those exact same emails in 12 hours but no different from the WoW ones I keep getting (except I've never played WoW).
edit: though the preview link in your hyperlink looks like the legit one, mine was something like swtor.com.bz-bik.in or whatever. Pity it can't be backflushed with Teph's collection of horse porn.

I got one last year titled RIFT Account Action Notification, with all the actual body text referring to WoW.
